Take Bridget's weekly Be Obsessed Fitness classes via zoom from the convenience of your home. Bridget specializes in stretch, trampoline, dance, barre, and hiit. All classes have the recording available, so if you can't make it live, sign up either way, and a recording will be sent to you once generated post class.
Mondays 12:00 pm PST
One hour session. This takes elements of all the other toning classes & combines them into a 60 min workout. Improve balance, core control, lengthen the muscles, & prevent injury. This class is no impact and safe for most recovering injuries, postpartum, & pregnancies. If you are injured or an expecting mom, please be sure to notify Bridget ahead of time so she can instruct accordingly. Expect many reps and minimal level changes.
